I have faulty products, who should I contact?

If a book is faulty in any way, for example if it is misbound or the printing is illegible, Book Review will replace the item, as soon as stock becomes available, at our cost provided it is returned within 30 days of placing the order. Notify us of any damaged books by contacting us and return the book to our address Book Review, Shop 6-8, St Ives Shopping Village, 166 Mona Vale Rd, St Ives, 2075, NSW Australia  and our team will get back to you.
